UNIFYD World is seeking an organized and proactive Social Media Administrative Assistant to support our social media team. The role involves assisting with the daily management of social media operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

- Assist with scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback and respond appropriately.
- Maintain a calendar of social media activities to ensure the timely execution of tasks.
- Support the content creation team by researching content ideas and gathering necessary materials.
- Prepare reports on social media engagement metrics and assist with data analysis to improve strategy.

Ideal Candidate / Requirements

- Experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior administrative experience or experience in social media management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
